Suggest Treatment For Vaginal Irritation And Tenderness

Previously prescribed Clobetasol Propionate USP, 0.05% once daily for six weeks for vaginal irritation (itching and soreness). It was very effective, but it only lasted for approximately 6-8 months afterwards. Now I have almost the same condition (irritation but only tenderness). I still have this cream and it has not expired. That said, can I use it again? If so, at what recommended dosage?
