Suggest Treatment For Vaginal Itching Along With Yellow Discharge

I have been experiencing vaginal itching since last saturday, the day after i had unprotected sex with my partner of the last 3years. it is now peeling and there is a thick yellowush cream discharge and the itching/irritation causes it to burn. any suggestion on what is and how i can cure it
