Suggest Treatment For Vaginal Itching And Foul Odor

Hello,
My vagina has been itching for a week. At first I thought it was because I had contracted an STD, I got tested and the results came back negative. I had began my period 2 days after my results and around the last 2 days of my period, it was this awful smell!!! didn't smell fishy, but smelt like something dead! After my period, i still smelt the same smell with some brownish discharge. I douched, and the brownish discharge is now gone, but i still smell a hint of the 'deadly' smell (it smells like its getting stronger each day. & im itching like crazy!!!! I also just noticed a cloudy urine. Please Help :(
