Suggest Treatment For Vaginal Itching And Odor While On A Menstrual Period

Hi, my vagina itches really bad and when im on my period it smells horri le!!! I am on the birth control that goes in your arm for 3 years and im only supose to have a period every 3 months but i have every few weeks! Any suggestions to where i dont have to go to a doctor?
