Suggest Treatment For Vaginal Itching

I wore some sleep pants with no underware and the seam had rubbed up against my clit and the surrounding area, making everything super itchy. Well I scratched and it got irritated and now hurts when I pee. Can I use neosporin or Vaseline to help with some of the pain? Or could I use something like KY jelly to keep it lubicated? And about how long will it take to heal? Thanks

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to allergic reaction to the material or fungal infection. K Y jelly will give lubrication and decrease irritation. I advise my patients in such condition with ointments or creams with combination of corticosteroid like hydrocortisone and antifungal like clotrimazole. Hope this may help you.
Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks
