Suggest Treatment For Vaginal Itching

Hi. I'm trying to determine if I need to see a doctor. For the last 3 days i've been experiencing deep vaginal itching and can find no relief. I've had yeast infections before and this feels similar but the itching has always been outside rather than in. Is this indicative of something else that I need to see a doctor for?
