Suggest Treatment For Vaginal Itching

I have the itchiest vagina of my entire life, i thought it was thrush and i took the one tablet medication for it 2 days ago. its even more itchy now and whenever i put anti fungal cream on it, it burns. when i have a shower it feels like it is a cut.

there is no chance of me having a sexually transmitted infection

what do i do, it is so itchy i want to cry.please help
