Suggest Treatment For Vaginal Itching

hi, ive been suffering from itching in my vaginal area, ive had it for about 2-3 days and it feels like i have a cut or something down there and stings when i urinate. I had it about 2 weeks ago but it just seemed to go and it wasnt itching before just seemed like a cut, so i thought it would be alright because it just went... but now its seems to have come back but worse and ive started to worry, can you help?
