Suggest Treatment For Vaginal Spotting Before And After Periods

hi i have had some spotting during last month before my period was due. Then i came on my period as normal which is 7 days for me but since then i have had continual spotting for almost 3 weeks now i have also been suffering from headaches as well i have never had irregular periods before can you advise me please i am 26 years old.
