Suggest Treatment For Vaginal Thrush

Hi I am 17 years old and recently have been suffering with what I thought was thrush, I had standard symptoms, abnormal discharge, itching redness, and also a bubble like rash on vulva and surrounding area which i thought to be normal with thrush.I saw my nurse and she gave me a pessary and cream. The itching has now subsided but the abnormal discharge and odd rash are still there. Its been nearly 3 weeks. Its reallly getting me down, and effecting my relationship.
