Suggest Treatment For Vaginal Yeast Infection

I currently have a vaginal yeast infection and I was going to purchase the Monistat Maximum Strength 1 day ovule. I am out of Diflucan and I cannot wait until tomorrow to contact my doctor for a script because I am miserable. I m developing some thrush as well. I have autoimmune diseases so this in nothing unusual for me. I was researching some remedies online to keep yeast at bay and I came across 2 Homeopathic yeast medications that are taken orally and can be used in conjunction with the Monistat. One is Azo Yeast Plus and the other is Yeastgard Advanced Homeopathic capsules. Both have great reviews but I can t find any product comparisons online. Do you recommend one products over the other? And would one of them be better to take to help with getting rid of the thrush?
