General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The burning during urination can be related to an urinary tract infection. It should be evaluated by an urine test and urine culture. If the diagnosis is confirmed, the treatment consists in antibiotics. Varicocele should be evaluated through a physical examination and the treatment consists in surgery.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
