General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi, Can you let me know the Ultrasound reports and what is your age? Varicocele usually does not cause any problems unless it is Grade III. Sometimes it can lead to low sperm counts and then we advise surgery to remove the dilated veins. So do let me know your reports so I can better advise you. I would not advise surgery as of now seeing your symptoms. You can contact me by using the 'Fix an appointment' tool. Take care.
