Suggest Treatment For Varicose Veins

I have extreme varicose veins. Today I felt one that sticks out quite a bit "pop". There was a soreness and now it has seemed to travel further down my leg. I am 46, 5'9", 142lbs, and just had a clean bill of health physical and mamogram last month.
