Suggest Treatment For Vascular Disease Caused By Parvovirus

I have been diagnosed with vascular is caused by the parvovirus. I did two weeks of prednisone. I am on vacation and so tired all I want to do is sleep. The rash has returned and my feet and ankles are swollen and painful. I am having nosebleeds and shortness of breath. My husband wants to cut his vacation short and take me to the hospital. I say I will just sleep
