Suggest Treatment For Vasovagal Syncope And Headaches

I have been suffering from vasovagel syncope for 4 months. Have been having foggy headaches everyday with sleepiness. Been to cardiologist and had all tests to rule out cardiac related. Now seeing neurologist. Had MRI mar and all ok. Had 24 hour EEG. All ok. . Having a hard time everyday. Don't know when it is going to hit me. When it does I have the yawning nausea and trouble concentrating. . I don't know where to turn
