Suggest Treatment For Vasovagul Syncope And Its Symptoms

I have been passing out for over a year, and have been diagnosed with Vasovagul Syncope. I have been on a salt-retaining steroid (Fludrocortisone) and a beta-blocker (Pindolol) for about four months. My symptoms seem to be getting worse. Is there an alternative diagnosis?
