Suggest Treatment For Vertigo Along With Tinnitus
I have had vertigo since April 1st, (went to ER) have had MRI & the Epley maneuver 5 times, still have pressure in my head like something tied around it, and still having dizzy spells, humming in my right ear,& hearing in highly sensitive to sound (feel like should wear ear plugs) when I move my head. Do not know what to do or who to call next.

It is pleasure to help you at this moment
First thing to relax is MRI came back normal, and major causes are ruled out.
Now, you didn't mention if you have been taking any treatment for it.
If you are not on any treatment, I suggest, take Betahistine, start at 8mg daily and see how the effect is, you can continue for few months, slowly taper it and stop it.
