Suggest Treatment For Vertigo And Eye Twitching

I have been experiencing prolonged problems, and need advice. In August 2010, I started having bouts of vertigo, eye twitching, fatigue and fever. Doctor thought it might be an an inner ear problem, but it was no. Had an MRI of the brain, ENT said results were normal. Had EEG with abnormal results (slowing in the right temporal region). Now, the eye twitching is getting worse and I am starting to experience odd smells (that others do not seem to smell) Starting to worry, any advice would be appreciated.
