Suggest Treatment For Vertigo And Itchy Mole On Shoulder

hello im emma im 32 for the last couple of weeks ive experienced what i think might be vertigo when i look up or reach up the ceiling spins and if i bend down i feel the floor spinning i could fall down i get so dizzy,but my worst experience is in bed at night if i roll over from left to right the room spins fast,what can i do please,i drive my children to schol everyday im worried,could it be any relation to a very itchy mole i have on my left shoulder blade?

Hi,

All your history is classical of vertigo and most probably related to the semicircular canal problems in inner ears. The first rule is not to drive as this can be very dangerous as vertigo once it comes can not be controlled by you at that movement can be the cause of bad accidents. Consult an ENT Surgeon for clinical evaluation. Do CT scan of mastoids., audiometry, tests of blood, clinical evaluation of cervical spine and brain is also needed to rule out other causes.

Get started with cinnarizine and other medicines as would be advised by your doctor. As for the itchy mole on shoulder consult a Dermatologist and get a biopsy to rule out Melanoma and any further treatment as would be needed/advised.
