Suggest Treatment For Vertigo , Dizziness And Headache

I am a 36 year old woman. I have issues with remembering things and the concept of time is nonexistent. about 2 months ago I began having feelings of vertigo. That lasted for 2-3 weeks. then I started getting dizzy spells which occur frequently. I don t get headaches, but I get this weird pain in my forehead. I sometimes have trouble remembering words that are not used daily. I thought it was stress or lack of sleeping but now I am not too sure. I am very frustrated with myself. I have also been having some issues with coordination. mostly when I am very tired. My head constantly feels like its in the clouds like being high or something. I don t drink, smoke, or do drugs. I feel like I can t think clearly.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you are suffering from vertigo, dizziness and headache. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query seems to be due to benign paroxysmal positional vertigo, inflammation within the inner ear sometimes due to infection, head injury, meniere's disease , acoustic neuroma , sinusitis and multiple sclerosis migraines. Need not to worry. Avoid caffeine products. You should visit ENT specialist once and get complete examination done. Doctor may order certain tests like CT scan , MRI , blood test , audiometry test, and ECG to confirm the diagnosis. You should take antibiotics as well. You should take some home remedies drink green tea with ginger thrice a day and drink lots of fluids like juices and water.
