Suggest Treatment For Vertigo, Headache And Nausea

i have recently been experiencing dizziness. like the whole room is spinning. I have had Vertigo in the past (er diagnosis) but wondering if this will always be part of my life now. And what I can do to help ease the dizziness and headache. The headache is mild. I also get nauseous. I have had no fever

The cause cab be
a.     Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo
b.     Internal ear problem
c.     Stroke
d.     Arrhythmia
e.     Vestibular neuronitis
f.     Electrolyte imbalance
Advice
1.     Take bed rest for few days
2.     Cinnarizine (tablet Vertigon) 25 mg every 8 hours orally on fresh onset of dizziness until subsidence of symptoms
3.     Betahistine (tablet Vertin) 8 mg every 8 hours orally on fresh onset of dizziness until subsidence of symptoms
4.     Ibuprofen 600 mg orally after meal if you fell headache
5.     Investigations
a.     MRI of brain
b.     ECG
c.     Serum sodium & potassium
d.     Blood sugar (F & PP)
Consult a neuro-physician for further management.
