Suggest Treatment For Vertigo, Sinus Pressure And Hearing Loss
I am 62, female, healthy otherwise. My symptoms are all mild; vertigo, nausea, sinus pressure, and hearing loss. Yesterday I was given Dymista to use it 2x/day by a doctor to help dry up fluid in my inner ear. I was also asked to take psedofed once in the morning. After an exam my doctor determined I do not have an infection but rather fluid build up. No culture was taken. I am to return to her on Friday to see also about removing wax from my ears once the fluid has dried up more. My question is, do I take Dymista on an empty stomach? It smells like shellac and is disconcerting.

Suggest Treatment For Vertigo, Sinus Pressure And Hearing Loss
Hi, Welcome to HCM, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns. Dymista, is a combination of azilastine( antihistamine. ) fluticasone(steroid) used for allergic rhinitis, it s not required to take in empty stomach. coming to your fluid accumulation behind the drum, you can continue decongesents pseudoephidrine, do valsalva( watch you tube video exercises). all the best, take care.
