Neurologist 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

I would seek out the services of a Neurologist and perhaps even a Neurotologist based upon your symptoms. I exactly don't understand what you mean when you say "giddiness" but if you mean to say that you experience some form of a change in your mental status...even to the point where you may not be fully remembering events during these periods of time...or that your behavior and/or personality is noticeably different according to friends or family then, you could be experiencing a neurological phenomenon which could be along the lines of a seizure disorder of some order. A neurologist at the very least would be a very good option to think of in such a case.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Dariush Saghafi
