Suggest Treatment For Vertigo With Chest Pain

Hello male 56 years old Friday became clammey bad vertigo nausea layed down pain in chest left side got up fell into wall. at that point thought I WAS GOING TO THROW UP Went downstairs Threw up Twice and had diahaerra . went back up to bed. only could keep my head straight. if I TILTED EITHER WAY IT WAS LIKE I WAS SPINNING COULD NOT STOP. SLEPT FOR ABOUT 12 HOURS WOKE UP TOOK DRAMINE.

Dear probably your suffering from BPPV (benign paroxysmal positional vertigo).other possible causes like vestibular neurinitis, labyrinthitis etc..

chest pain caused by cardiac or non cardiac causes , need to consult your doctor for evaluation.use tab.vertin 16mg thrice a day for five days.still symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
