Suggest Treatment For Vertigo

Doctor i am 38 . I am a female. Once in a year I am suffering from head reeling. My BP is quite normal. When I saw the doctor last year he asked me whether using pillows in height and I said no. Due to this problem i can t move my head upwards and downwards except straight forward. I can t sleep properly I can lay down in a straight position only and I can t move to sides. Doctor advice me what to do. I am in sleepless nights. .

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having degenerative changes in your cervical spines giving this positional vertigo.
Due to pinched nerve pressure when nerve gets pressure due to moving your head might give rise this problem.
Go for x-ray cervical spines.
After report go for physiotherapy, short way diathermy.
Do not put pillow under your neck while on lying down position.
Ok and take care.
