Suggest Treatment For Vertigo

In Roseville California, I am homeless now, no job, lost unemployment and broke. I am ill and having bad verdigo. Have a ringing in my ear and hearing loss that has been there for several months, always there, and I also strained my neck moving a week or so ago. I have had 4 episodes of verdigo and all completely dibiltated me and caused me to sweat and throw up, it goes away in about 12 hours. I am scared to drive, don't know how I can work if at any moment I can get verdigo? How can I get medical help?
