Suggest Treatment For Vertigo

Hi ... I've experienced sudden sweating as if I had just gotten out of the shower, the entire room started spinning around me, I threw up and then my hands and feet started tingling and then to top it off my hands went stiff (rigor) for a while. Doctors at the ER diagnosed it as vertigo; however couldn't help me. I'm a female, 58 years, have a pacemaker and RA
