Suggest Treatment For Vertigo

my brother-in-law, age 68years,is not having body balance for the last three months. he is otherwise well but cannot stand and of his own can walk and is always afraid that he will fell down. Got him tested for NCV test, MRI whole vertebra, Ear Check up but could not fine any correct diagnose. Hence no treatment has started.
