Suggest Treatment For Vestibular Migraine And Dizziness

Hi. I m a 28-year-old woman with no medical illness. FOr the past couple of months, I ve been having dizziness and more recently belching. I have seen an ENT doctor who diagnosed me with inner ear problem and prescribed me with betaserc. I have also seen a neurologist, who diagnosed me with vestibular migraine (MRI brain was normal) and prescribed me with propanolol. I had a blood work-up done recently and noted that the urea level was very high (47 mmol/L) with normal creatinine (73 umol/L). Na and K, liver profile and urine were all normal. Clinically i m not dehydrated and i took enough fluids. I m breastfeeding my 8 months old son btw. I have no history of GI bleeding and my Hb was 12.5. Could you explain the reason behnd my high urea/low creatinine and is it related to the dizziness and belching? Should i be worried? What should be my next step?
