Suggest Treatment For Vibration Feeling Near To Vagina

I am a 40 year old, obese (225#), 5'6", female, with a medical hx of c-section x 3 (most recent in 2008), lap chole, laparotomy for endometriosis, laminectomy (August 2010), hemorrhoids with large amounts of rectal bleeding (most recently 3-4 weeks ago), today I began to feel a vibration between my anus and vagina. Should I be concerned about this and seek medical attention?
