Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. As your son is having fever for 3 days it is better to check blood and urine routine examination and platelet count. You can continue the antibiotics if it was prescribed by your doctor. Give more fluids. Warm chicken soup with pepper, tea with lemon and chewable vitamin C is good also.

Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
