hi, welcome to HCM,
vitiligo is an autoimmune disease and it needs regular follow up during treatment.
Tab Octamop 10 - 2 tab to be taken every alternate day after breakfast then expose to sun after 2 hr for 10 min with precaution to eyes.
tab Supradyn 1 tab daily.
tacrolimus 0.01% oint to be applied twice daily.
placentrex gel to be applied twice daily.
fluticasone oint apply locally twice daily.

blood sugar level and serum TSH level should be checked and treated accordingly as per report.
