Hi

Vitiligo is an autoimmune disorder caused due to destruction of melanocytes which is colour producing pigment of the body.

At present, there is no complete cure for vitiligo. All the above medicines you have mentioned should be continued inorder to reduce the progression of the disease.

Certain diet alterations should be done such as avoiding sour foods like curd, tomato and also sea food.Increase papaya in your diet.

UV therapy and Newer skin flap surgeries are some of the other treatment options.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards
