Hello dear, Welcome to healthcaremagic. I have read your query and understood your concern. Vitiligo is a real cosmetic concern specially for females. There are various treatment options available for the treatment of vitiligo like phototherapy, puva sol, oral and topical steroids etc. but the course is highly unpredictable. It usually takes atleast 3 months for any appreciable Pigmentation after starting treatment. Regards.
