Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of vocal hemorrhage which is leading to loss of voice range seems to be due to sore throat due to bacterial or viral infection. Sometimes infections travels to level of pharynx and leads to these symptoms.

Need not to worry. I would suggest you to do warm saline gargles 3 to 4 times a day. Take ibuprofen one tablet twice daily. You should avoid spicy food. Visit ENT specialist once and get it examined and start treatment after proper diagnosis. Drink lukewarm water throughout the day as it can provide relief. Take soft foods to avoid irritation to the throat.

Hope your concern has been resolved.
