Suggest Treatment For Vomiting Along With Chills

My husband is very sick vomiting and has chills after us being at the beach earlier. We had dinner and after that he just got bad and thats when the vomiting began. I just need medical advice if we should go to an emergency room or just do all fluids.

An infectious work-up is needed to bring out the cause of his problem.An anti-emetic like vogalene and an anti-pyretic like paracetamol may help in the mean while you head to the emergency room.
