Suggest Treatment For Vomiting And Cough In Children

my son is 1year and 8 months. he is having vomitting and diarrohea since last 4 days. we are giving Zn 20, sachet for stomach flora and vomikind. His diarrohea has improved. Today morning we skipped vomikind and at 10.00 am he vomitted puking out breakfast. He is not eating much. cough is also there. pls guide.
