Hello,

Thanks for writing.

I am Dr Aimen Nasir. I have read your question completely, i understand your concern and will try to help you in best way possible.

Dehydration in children is a common problem.
You can give him plenty of fluids as milk or any other juices or water. Due to vomiting and diarrhea he can have dehydration.
An emergency condition is when your child is having:
●Vomiting
●Diarrhea
●Loss of appetitie
●Unable to take feed
●Drowsy
●Inactive
If these symptoms persist for a day or two you have to take him to the hospital.

I hope this answered your question, and
if you have more please feel free to ask.

Regards.
