Suggest Treatment For Vomiting And Diarrhea

I ve just come back from Thailand on Thursday for a weeks holiday and since I ve got back I ve had the vomiting and diarrhoea I eat everything the same as my husband and I was very careful with the water but the day I left I had a foot massage and I have a planter Wart that sits on the bottom of my foot that opens up when soaked in water i ve tried heaps of different types of diarrhoea tablets and nothing helping at all I have a very sore upper belly

1. Going by your history of nausea/vomiting/ diarrhea it could probably be an outbreak of 'gastro enteritis' for which you must see a Physician to get relief from your symptoms.
2. If you are taking drugs which causes nausea/vomiting stop taking them orally and start injectable form
3. Keep a watch on signs of dehydration- low B.P.,rapid heart rate,sunken eye balls, thirst.
4. Take plenty of water,orolyte,black tea,over ripe banana,biscuits,coconut water and if taking any diarrhea causing drug like Iron, Ampicillin, stop these drugs.
5.chew cardamom,ginger,lime or crushed ice for nausea/vomiting
