Suggest Treatment For Vomiting And Dizziness After Having A Miscarriage

in my six weeks of pregnancy i have been miscarriage and have a one night of heavy blood and light blood for two days and follow up of brown spot. And now i still feel vomitting, dizziness and nausea. because of this i do a pregnancy test and it result a positive. Do i have to undergo a D&A or what? please help me, i am worried
