Suggest Treatment For Vomiting And Fever In A Child

My son 11 years old is vomiting 15-16times a day followed by high fever (100-102DegF) for the past 5 days. The neutrophil count is 85. fever has slightly come down but vomiting has not stopped. he is unable to take any thing and is on drips. pl advice
