Suggest Treatment For Vomiting And Loose Stools

I am 23 years old and last night I couldn t sleep. This is all because I got stomach ache and it makes me to shit and it is watery, besides I kind of get the feeling of vomiting. Please help, I dont eat anything so I dnt feel vomiting or sick because presently I am in office

Take sporolac sachets thrice daily,t.razo-d twice daily.drink lot of water...
