Suggest Treatment For Vomiting And Loss Of Appetite Post A Sinus Infection

HI, 6 yr old son, just got over ear infection and strep throat. Now vomits after going to bed and thru the night. Does not vomit during daytime. Has not eat well in last three days, no fever, seems to be ok, but not as energetic. I am concerned about a intestinal virus. We just had him checked out by his doctor and nothing noted but we did swab nose for results. Still has mucus in sinus cavities. Thoughts?
