Suggest Treatment For Vomiting, Diarrhea And Fever

My husband vomited last night and had a temp of 100.8. He didn t eat anymore until this morning. Drank a lot of water. After eating cereal this morning he immediately ran to the bathroom and had diarrhea and now his temp is pretty low. 96.3. Not feeling well, but still drinking water. Should I take him to the doctor?

Hi,
From history it seems that he might be having Gastro-enteritis.
Give him Loperamide and ofloxacilin, tinidazole combination medicine for a day or two.
Continue taking plenty of water and electrolytes.
Give him curd, rice, buttermilk and apple and lemon juices.
Ok and take care.
