General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Vomiting and diarrhea is a sign of infection of gastrointestinal tract (GIT). Due to the fluid and electrolyte loss by vomiting and diarrhea, it leads to hypovolemia and hypotension, which causes increase in heart rate.
Kindly take the following measures to overcome them.
1. Take Tablet. Domperidone for vomiting.
2. Take Tablet. Ciprofloxacin with Tinidazole for diarrhea.
3. Take Electrolyte powder or Oral Rehydration Salts (ORS) dissolved in water.
4. Consume semisolid easily digestible food and drink quantities of water.
Your symptoms should gradually subside and you should feel better.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
