Suggest Treatment For Vomiting, Dizziness And Headache

My friend has been throwing up, dizziness, headache, and was told she had a fatty liver. She is taking medication for the fatty liver. She throws up everyday even without eating. Here headaches are like migrains. This evening she fell from being dizzy and continue to throw up. What do you think it could be? YYYY@YYYY

As per your query you are suffering from vomiting, dizziness and headache. Well there can be many reasons for this like inflammation within the inner ear sometimes due to infection, migraine , certain medications and due to cervical spondylosis, meniere's disease , acoustic neuroma , sinusitis and multiple sclerosis. So i would suggest you to consult orthopedic surgeon once to get examination for any injury or cervical spondylosis . You should visit ENT specialist as well. Doctor may order certain tests like CT scan , MRI , blood test , audiometry test, and ECG to confirm the diagnosis. You should take antibiotics as well as antiemetic drug . For now i would like to suggest you some home remedies drink green tea with ginger thrice a day and drink lots of fluids like juices and water. Doctor may also refer you to ENT specialist.
