Suggest Treatment For Vomiting In A Child

My granddaughter is 6 yes old . She vomits the food eaten at night the next morning. She was prescribed lanazol junior and ulgel for a month. She was fine for about 3 months but it has started again . She vomited this morning n had fever too. What is the problem? Will she need to take lanazol all her life ???

Hello,

As per your history this child is having gastritis. To control this, child should not take any fast food, oily food, fat rich food should be avoided, daily exercise, and last give Lanzol junior. Main thing in treatment is diet.
