Suggest Treatment For Vomiting, Loose Motion And Cough

my 09 months kid was suffering from cough , after consulting doctor we medicated him, after few days he started continuous vomitting and the doctor prescribed him with ondem and nexpro junior After only one dose of above prescribtion he started with continuous loose motions in the midnight, the doctor prescribed him with AD10 powder , after 3 dose of AD10 he was relieved with loose motion also we stopped him with Nexpro junior after one dose , but next morning he again vomitted twice and in the evening he had 01 loose motion. Also he has not been taking his diet properly for the pas few days. Also he regularly gets problems of cough.
