Suggest Treatment For Vomiting,gas And Urinary Incontinence During Pregnancy

im 27 weeks pregnant its very hot where in live n I took a nap today n woke up throwning up with horrible gas n now I have the runs should I be worried? my tummy also keeps tighting but I dont feel pain but notice everytime I use the rest room I peeing without having to pee what should I do?

Dear madam,I understand your concern.in my opinion gastritis is seen normally during pregnancy due to progesterone harmone effect.gastritis also leads to vomitings some times.so avoid spicy diet and include curd or butter milk for sure in the diet,take antacids too.but if the vomitings are more then consult your gynae as you may need antiemetics for short course.urinary incontinence is also normally seen in pregnancy due to changes in urinary tract.but as it is associated with tightening better make a consultation to rule out any infection.dont worry about all these as all of these are commonly seen in pregnancy.it subsides with apt treatment.drink upto 3 litres of fluids to decrease the risk of urine infection in pregnancy.
